Humanly Impossible

It's late but I couldn't resist to post it here.

First of all, you MUST click here: http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/tv/TED-India-Pranav-Mistry/videoshow_ted/5231080.cms ... I mean ... there's a video there and watch it.

Just a reminder, currently I am writing from my dormitory in SP Jain Singapore campus. I am not an Indian but I decided to go for their GMBA program.
SO, typically I now have around 50 Indian friends in my class. I've just staying here for 10 days. I've done orientation and tomorrow the real class starts. However, tonight my friend Mayank sent us that link and it was a WOW coming from me and my roomies here!

What sort of class I'm going to face? in total there's 28 course subjects in the first semester. something like Managerial Economics, Quantitative Technique, etc.

Not enough? I'm reading a business book titled The World is Flat by Thomas L. Friedman (coz this is one of the "highly" recommended by the faculty dean)

I feel like drowning in "knowledge" ocean now. Just by looking at the academic calendar, my head starts spinning, excluding the upcoming projects and assignments. This is like humanly impossible in the sense of my present state and that's why I have to surrender everything ... EVERYTHING to The Creator of Knowledge.. who else but Jesus Christ.

Remind myself to write about this next time: my definition of success (which actually I've written it in my book). this answer, looks like i finally found it when i went to City Harvest Church last Saturday.

An Indian food

for dinner tonight ... ^^
As the orientation days goes onto second day, this morning started with registration and medical form submission (followed with me doing the first laundry..thanks to james for his tips using that washing and drying machine). and theen we got our first fun group assignment which they call Regional Project .. that is to explore anything about this city. yep ...

oh feel sleepy now ... have a good night!

Official

By the grace of the Lord Jesus .... today i am officially a ... student again!! yay ^^v

As of now, I'll be starting a new journey towards GMBA study, which i undertake at SP Jain Center of Management. (G is for Global ...)

Well ... it's a big decision, you know to go back to school again ... this one is not offshore but for real on campus and overseas study. that's why right now i've settled down and writing this post from my dormitory in singapore campus.

hooahem i feel sleepy ... today is Sunday. I didn't go to church due to inauguration day. Tomorrow the orientation starts and hopefully everything's okay.

oh anyway, coz it's dorm, it's shared then.. i've got 3 room mates here.. they're indians but living in dubai. hopefully too .. we'll get along well hehe

Strange feeling

2 days to go ... packing's done about 70% ... and the feelings inside is indescribable

My dream house is a Tree Dome

Everyone has its own dream house. My dream house is this:

Looks familiar ? hehe.. i love water and I think Sandy Cheek's Tree Dome is a great, super great idea!! besides, what could be nicer than 'igloo'-like house ?
Similar house has been used in other story like Dragon Ball. it's just still on the land, but Tree Dome..simply marvelous.

Also, the idea of placing one big tree inside .. i love it.. i'd love to stay there :)

Packing

I'm doing the heaviest stuff packing in my life, I believe ...

Coz next week I'm going to step well a big decision for my life.

Again, good statement here

From my friend Rian Wu, his status post:

Determination will be the goal, focus is the way, consistency is the key.

good point!

Optical DVDRW drive from user perspective

Nowadays there are plenty of IT products and peripherals in the market that could make a 'dumb' user like me feel tricked, really ... for example, when I search for buying DVDRW drive for this Eee's companion, what I see in most of IT shops at the nearest mall are LG, Samsung, TSST, Asus and some other unknown made in China brand.

They make me confuse ... and when you get confuse here's a little advice from me: try to look into online community users and by that i mean a quite big forum. I believe uncle Google is too helpful for you.

Shortly, I've got here a good advices of users opinion from CHIP Indonesian Forum. I read, dig and from my perspective, even I've never buy any Pioneer device, the public confide me to buy Pioneer DVDRW.
