Yes, it's an open house event in one of house located in North Lippo Karawaci.

I've been doing a good...really good job *i think* as a property agent in Ray White Karawaci. Why? because I help people find their dream homes as well as selling their property.

For many of us, buying home is relatively expensive that's a fact but what's more important than price is easiness of the buying process. Mean while, for some of us, selling home is annoying when a stranger calls for asking only. And for both seller and buyer, government rules, developer policies and taxes might be problems. In this case, I must address those gaps and bridges.

The good side is I am learning a lot of things about property, marketing, negotiation, communication stuffs (I was a computer engineer and I had ZERO knowledge of what the heck is "property"!?).

The bad side, well there is absolutely no bad things except when the communication among stakeholders such as buyer, seller, developer, notary, even bank! run out of control or totally lost because of too many parties it is difficult to maintain communications line only by phone.
