It is my first house for listing in ray white and it is now sold, meaning the buyer has completed his payment and the owner handed the key over in front of a notary and bank as the buyer uses KPR (something like Home Loan).

After struggling for approximately one month through out the negotiation, loan application, and original document verification, buying and selling house is indeed a long process unlike a programming problem of course, I can't make and submit a ticket to Oracle support and get everything done in an estimated time line :P

And if I come at the office, I can tell you which marketing who has just closing the deals (they are with a big big smileee)

... having problems with vendor or buyer (they are usually very busy on the phone blabbering about well I'm not sure .. oh also with sms or BB chat)

... having a critical negotiation (they are usually a little bit quiet thinking what's next or they are usually discussing it with other marketing with crippling forehead or they might be having a heavy talk about price on the phone which can only be decrypted between parties, i don't know..)

... having a clooosee moment for deals (they are suppose to be hmm writing numbers on paper with calculator besides, how much are the taxes, commission, etc)

... or someone who's with a phbbbttt face you guess LOL they've been cheated or deal cancelled, or their listing has been taken over by others.

My boss always said "Never hear for negative energy, look and search for positive energy from who's been closing.." however I think that's just don't fit for me ... my joy comes from the Lord.
